Credit Expert operate under poor business tatics and are in no way customer service driven. When I signed up for Credit Expert I was to receive a password to access the account/credit information. I never received the password thus never was able to gain access to account/credit information through Experian. My credit card was drafted for the $79.95 membership fee (by which I never had access to). I called their office on October 22 to request a refund and was told that it would take approximately 7-10 business days to receive it. I waited 10 business days and called their office on Nov. 5 to find out why I had not received the refund.
Their representatives Loi & Webster (supposedly a supervisor of Loi) informed me that the account was not closed out and that it would take another 7-10 business days before I would get the refund. Webster assured me that I would get my refund in 7-10 business days.
Today is November 24, fourteen business days later and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called their office several times to inquire about the refund and they keep telling me to wait, wait, wait, that it is being processed.
I spoke with Sandy corporate ID# 60164 and she did not have a answer as to why my refund had not been submitted. Their representives will not let me speak to a Consumer Relations Manager to try and get answers. If you are reading this or considering using Credit Expert, DON'T. They are scam artist!
