I tried to call costumer service from my phone to make a payment. I couldnt even do that unless my billed was payed. Hello, i called to pay my bill. I had go borrow a friends phone to ask if I could buy 3 20 dollar cards. "Costumer service" They said yes. I bought them and then called them back. I couldnt use them because they were the cards. I told I called them to ask before I bought them. I was like fine, can I change my plan so I can use my 3 20 dollar cards. They said no, because I have a blackberry. Are you for real? I have 3 20 dollar cards I cant use, a blackberry phone that was about 175 dollars i cant use. No way to call my kids from it. You guys just really suck BAD! I figure it wouldve been my fault if I hadnt asked 1st, but I did. I could really use the big F U word but im not. Tatol time wasted? 3 hrs. Tatol time acopllished some good. A big fat 0!
