April 2nd 2010 I went to the Metro Office in Deerfield Beach Florida to sign up with Metro. I specified that I wanted a Blackberry. The sales associate tried to sell me another phone. I still specified Blackberry. Anyhow, he went on to tell me that they are cutting out the Blackberry service and Metro would soon not carry them anymore... in fact, he said, that store that I was at didn't even have anymore in stock. So because they were cutting out that sevice, he talked me into buying a Samsung 1220 Code. I spent $381.00 (including 1 mth. Service) and the phone is a piece of crap. I cant send texts, my phone has no storage or memory even though I bought a 4gb memory card when I bought the phone. Nothing can be deleted or stored to my empty storage card and technical support cannot help me. Finally this week, I spoke to someone in advanced Technical Support who told me to take the phone to Metro Corporate because it is the phone itself. And by the way, metro still carries Blackberries so the sales associate lied to me just to make a sale.
