I called ATT to pay my bill, the automated service wouldn't recognize my voice so it sent me to a very rude costumer service agent. Then getting no where with her I asked to speak to a manager, put on hold switched from department to department after 1:47 min call never did get to anyone who could help me. I want to cancell and they say there's an early termination fee that I never agreed to. ATT is the worst ever!!!
