Mailed payment not received and customer service ignores me

I need some from the over the floor manager at Securus
Correctional Billing or customer service to call me please. I sent my
payment in through the mail customer service says they never got i., i have
called time after time i get the run around and also they are very rude
and yes i sent it to the right po box phone is [removed] actt number is xxx3375 my cell number is 979 xxx xxxx
