In December I bought 2sets of PrePaid gift cards. One for $150 plus charges and another one for $250 and charges. I did not need the cards anymore so I asked for a refund. I was told by costumer service that my order has been processed and it will take 15 days to enter my account. After the 15 days I didn't get my refund so I called back and I was told that my order had to be reprocessed and take another 15 days. After the 15 days past, in January I was told that the order did not go through again and had to be re-reprocessed. I have been waiting and I haven't got a refund so I called costumer service again and they said that the refund for one of the gift cards, the $150, was done, but didn't receive the $250.65 days after, I have not receive my refund and I am being tossed around by outside costumer service representatives in India. I would like someone to take responsibility and give me my refund or I will take this to the media or my lawyer for legal action
