Ordered new phones and they came to us locked. It took a week for them to unlock our phones and have them activated. We were given a discount plus a month free for our trouble per a call from them in response to my bbb complaint.

The other day I received a text showing what I owed. I called and spoke with someone. At first he said there was a month free on one phone and when I asked him what was up with that he put me on hold several times and when he finally came back said our payments were not due until March 27. Feb. 27 our service has been interrupted. I tried calling customer service about. I am not able to do anything but make a bridge pay or full payment, the automated system does not allow you to speak to customer service. So then I called the online sales. No customer service agents available, please call back. I call another number I found for them, was told why we won't be able to speak to customer service and given a number to corporate. The first corporate number I called just kept repeating the same message over and over. The second one I had to leave a message. Third, same thing, leave a message. Cricket does not care about it's customers, only what they can get out of its customers! I am still waiting for someone from any one of the corporate offices to call me back and they have not done so yet!
