I am new customer with Cricket since Jan. Purchased a new phone for $70- now after 4 months they tell me I dropped the phone & that is why the screen went out. I have customer service and will do nothing. Say their phones are only guaranteed for 30 days. OK, I ask to have the information flashed to my old Verizon phone, they charge me $45 and 1/2 of the information did not download, not to mention that I now cannot take pictures or use the internet. (was able to on old phone & the new one has same capiblities. So, what did I get for a 2 minute download? Nothing. I call a corporate office, and OH customer service is not available, leave a message. Discusting. Guess you get what you pay for. Their customer service is terrible and they have very few full service locations. Needless to say, I will be changing to a new service very soon.
