Worst automated system in the world. I understand that the rates remain cheap bc u should do everything through automated system but if ur going to have this in place, make sure that ur automated system can at least understand whAT a humans voice is saying. I guess u really do get what you pay for! Mrtro pcs is by far tbe worst cell phone company out there.
