Explain to me why I made a payment on my due date with their automated system, received a confirmation number, & yet I just opened my bill & I have a late fee? There is nothing on their statement or automated system stating that the payment won't post until my bank clears it. This is also the company that FAILED to honor the payment agreement the 'allowed' me to enter into after I missed a payment due to my stepfathers death on Christmas Day. I have had absolutely nothing but problems & they are the only blemish on credit report because the do business so poorly. They are NOT customer oriented & could care less about the consumer.
