I have used this service for 6 months, not one day that goes by that this automated system interupt my phone call and disconnects my call. I call customer service at least every other week to see if I'm eligible for credit.
I was informed if the automated system intrupts your call over 4 minutes you will not be credited back the call. Everyday I am cut off by the automated system. Its ridiculous. I am not making 3 way calls or placing the call on hold. I may cough, or we may talk at the same time, one time we were singing together and the call was disconnected. I believe they set up this automated system to interupt calls randomly so that the call can be dropped and the inmate has no other choice if they want to speak with you to call back. Making you spend more money.
ONE DAY I had 4 dropped calls and of course all calls were over 4 mins into the phone call so it was not going to be credited back. The last straw was when I contacted customer service to get my credits back because I believe I was due, but I was only due one.in a week I had six calls that were dropped, they were for 3 mins, 4min and 30 seconds, 5mins and 9 seconds, 12mins, 19mins, 21 mins. All these calls were interupted by the automated system for no good reason. I think someone needs to look into the automated system to see why it interupts the calls so often.
