Verizon FIOS automated customer service is the worst ever. It is so bad that I'm thinking about cancelling my entire service. It took me 25 minutes to get through to a human after dealing with automation which kept repeating the incorrect information after I had relayed it. Then, once I reached a human, his speech really created a communication barrier. It was very difficult for me to understand him. He sounded as if he was from India or some foreign country. On a scale from 1-10, with 10 being the worst, I rate this service a 10.
