As of March i was told my service was able to be disconnected in April. When i called April 11, to make a request of disconnection they said that i could not do it until May. And toady, May 11, i was told no. That i have to until May 15. I spoke to two people today. Last two weeks i called to confirm that i was able to disconnect service on may 11 and i was told yes. Now they say they have no call in the computer. It really upsets me that this company has no seriousness about my personal matter. My phone service has to be disconnected and these people are just making this situation so difficult and stressful.
