Poor customer service - Metro PCS Unlimited Wireless Service

I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience with Metro PCS. I have been with Metro PCS since October.in December, my phone was defective and would not charge. I went into the store in Mansfield, Texas bought a new charger but that didn't fix the problem. So I went back to the store again and they said they needed to order me a new phone and it would be in Friday. On Tuesday my phone finally came in. I asked the gentleman about a partial credit on my account since I paid my bill and never got to use my phone again because it quite working. He said they couldn't do anything at that location but gave me a phone number to call 888-863-8768. The people in the store were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. So anyway, I called that number and got nothing but the run. The lady said that the person at the store did not make a notation so they could not issue any credit. I politely asked to speak with a supervisor. Louis 83826 got on the phone after about 12 minutes and I explained the situation and all he said is "that is not our problem". He also said that they do not issue any types of credit adjustments on accounts for any reason. He also said that the store made no notations on my account. I asked him the following... Are you looking at my account? (yes)... Do you see my faithful payments? (yes)... Did you view my activity and see that my phone has not been used? (yes)... And, do you see that I received a replacement phone and that I purchased a another charger? (yes) It shouldn't take a rocket scientists to see that I was having problems. I did everything I was suppose to do as a customer and this is the thanks I get for being a customer. What did I do wrong? It's not like I was asking for a huge credit or something totally unreasonable. I pay $50 a month and I paid my bill on Dec. 10, phone completely quite on Dec. 15 received replacement phone on Dec. 28... All I was hoping for was a $25 credit. I asked the guy was it worth it to him (the company) to lose a customer over $25. He just repeatedly reminded me over and over and over how this was not their fault. So, I guess if this is how they treat their customers then maybe I need to stop doing business with them and go back to AT&T. My next bill comes due on January 13. If Metro PCS has not worked something out with me then I will not continue service with them. This is just not right.

I would like to add that up until this happened, everything was great. But to be treated like I was treated on the phone is unacceptable.
