Metro customer service or lack of - Metro PCS Unlimited Wireless Service

Received my bill (via text) on 3/28 stating amount owed was $60.33. Went into the store to make my payment morning of 3/29 and was told that the amount due was 72.83. I showed the representative my text and asked why there was a difference. He instructed me that I would need to contact customer service to resolve the issue.

Since I am already a customer, when I called the 888 number given for customer service issues, I was automatically routed to a computer automated area with no option to speak to a representative. I had to use a phone from another carrier to be able to speak with anyone.

When I finally was able to speak with a rep, she apologized for the inconvenience but was not able to explain why there was a difference. Her only explanation was that the text was wrong. I told her that if she was unable to explain the charge that I wanted the charge removed. She again apologized but was unable to help.
I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor again apologized but the only explanation she had was that 2 features had been removed from the plan (due to the free trial ending). She explained my previous month's bill to me extensively yet nothing explaining the difference in charges.
I am furious right now because the supervisor kept repeating the charges from my previous months bill which ended with a credit of a dollar and change. She just kept telling me my bill was $70.83.

I believe that if the company cannot explain why there is a difference in what was sent to me and what they charged that it should be credited back to my account. I offered to scan the information and email it and physically showed it to the rep in store. I did not do any plan changes during the month. I enrolled in the $35/mnth plan with the family plan which gives each line a $5 discount per month. The math doesn't add up to me and the customer service reps were not only unhelpful but rude, as well.
