I got a Sprint cell phone LG Opmitus on Jan. 4 @ Radio Shack. I was tryn 2 work w/my new phone n it wudnt allow me 2 put in all my phone #s n I cudnt use some letters: t e a n some others, so I took it 2 the Sprint store n the manager cudnt get it 2 work, I did call Sprint Tech-Support n tell them of the problem. I returned the phone back to Radio Shack for another 1 same model, Jan. 21. Then I started having problems w/phone again. It wudnt charge up, I call Sprint Tech, they told me 2 return the phone 2 their service store 60miles round trip away-which I have 2 ask someone 2 tale me there.in the mean time, my friend charged my battery in her phone. Then the phone started: I push the text messaging button n it goes 2 the web, so I called Sprint Tech again, I took my phone 2 the Sprint Store like Tech told me n they wudnt take it back. First they told me I had $150.00credit for a new phone n now they're telling me I dnt n cnt gt a new phone til Nov. b/c last year they gave me 7 blackberry curves tht had a defect until I told them I was going 2 Better Business Bureau n then they let me get a Samsung Moment tht workd for8mos b4 it startd giving me problems. I want 2 buy the phone, but they dnt want 2 give me the credit $150.00 toward the phone I want n me pay the differences b/c the defects phones they kept sending me. They want 2 blame me for all the problems. My husband had the same phone n ever 2wks we had 2 gt a ride 60miles round trip 2replace his track ball. They dnt want 2 exchange the phone even though Im still under the 30days guarntee b/c I already returnd 1phone. I hope u can help me... Thank you
