Bought a t-mobile sidekick 4g ordered with costumer service on the phone (611) and for my bad luck the phone came up with problems. Called costumer sevice back again and told them about it and they transferred me with tech support this people instead of sending me a new phone they sent me a replacement phone with the same problem and once again i have the same dam problem with another replacement... instead of giving me the opportunity of choosing a different phone since this was an upgrade an a brand new phone they said that they can only send me a g2 phone, nothing else... Wtf is wrong with this pple? I am paying for the dam phone is not that it is for free plus i am paying for the insurance too!!
