A few years back, I spoke in person to a T - Mobile Rep. The Rep ezplained to me that the Flex Plan is a plan that when you pay a month in advance your service will be on, but if you do not pay of course my service will not be on. She explained to me that the 2 year contract that i am bind to is only a bind in which if I wanted to stop service then I pay this fine of $200... So naturally I didnt mind paying. During financial hardships my husband lost his job and couldnt pay the bill anymore. Well what the Rep didnt tell me is if I'm late on the bill by not paying then i'm to pay the fee of $200... Now discontinuing versus not paying the bill is two different explanations... Now I was sent to the credit agency and I have to pay this crazy amount... I just dont have any further liking towards a company where their staff cant tell you the correct policies...
