I ordered a new line of service with t-mobile on 6/2 the order #1100534521 whit i paid $61.97 payment ref#0384995. T-mobile failed to give me service i did receive the new sim card and each time i call in to activate it it was done on the wrong a/c, i call 6/15,6/17,6/18,6/21, and 6/22. I try requesting a refund of my $61.97 and is now given a run around they are claiming they don't have $61.97 for me. I have my bank statement with proof of my payment.
