T-Mobile's 1 or 2 year contract states that cancellation fee is Refunded if the customer moves out of the country or if T-Mobile is not able to provide service in that area.
I moved out of the country, but i was still charged the $200 cancellation fee, which they said they would refund if I can provide proof of residency outside of the USA. I did provide them the proof by faxing them the lease three times. They seem to have gone cold turkey now that they have to refund the $200. To this date, its been almost one year.
This company doesn't show any appreciation or concern about their previous customers.
