I had an iphone 3GS which had battery problems. Since I have the black-tie service, I brought it back to Best Buy Geek Squad. There are several problems:
1) the loaner phone is terrible and a cheap model. Since I use the smartphone for my business, I need the "memo" function constantly. I asked for an iphone as the loaner, even offer to pay for it, and got declined.
2) I waited for 2 wks, without any response from the Geek squad, no updates, no phone. I called several times, and of course, being on hold and transferred through hell, and I'm still waiting for the phone.
3) I wrote a complaint about the service provided, I got no response.
This poor quality of service should be outsourced.
