I have gotten frustrated with the 2yr contract requirement and bought a Cricket phone to change my service a week ago. After not being able to get my number ported to the new phone, I went in to a Sprint store today to see what my options were. Randy Rodriguez at the Sprint store on 3862 W. Sahara Ave in Las Vegas saved a customer for you all - without knowing I was leaving! I never said a word about it. His customer service was way beyond what I expected! He was very courteous, straight forward and not too pushy - just pushy enough to get me to purchase some extras. Lol. He listened to what I was asking for and provided me with very clear answers!
