Bought a new phone at the Sprint store in NYC and the thing does not work right.
Tried to bring it back and the manager was rude to me and said he could not refund.
I have been a Sprint customer for a lonbg time and think that i should get more respect then this.
Would a Sprint customer service rep please get in touch with me to help me with this.
