Hello, I am taking the time to write you because my experience with Samsung technical support was awful. The representatives were very rude and un caring of the matter. I bought a Samsung s3 a few months back and the battery wouldn't keep any charge and kept powering off at random. I sent my phone in the first time and the phone was returned back to me still doing the same thing. So I called back to Samsung and they said all they did was restore the phone and update the software now if that%u2019s all they did why didn%u2019t they allow me to do that at home so I am not out of my phone for a week right? Ok so they would not exchange, send me a temporary phone to use or nothing I even offered to put my credit card on file. They were not helpful AT ALL! So I sent my phone in again even though I didn't want to because I need my phone FIXED. Ok great they offered one day shipping. So I received my phone back and they gave me the wrong size battery for my phone. So therefore that%u2019s more time that I am wasting my data plan because I cannot use my phone. So Saturday morning I call Samsung support to get the RIGHT size battery and they tell me I have to call Monday. Well needless to say it%u2019s Monday and I called and they said that all they could do was send a new battery out, But refused to overnight ship because their system is not set up to do that. I find all of this very unprofessional and unreasonable. I feel like I have been thrown around and lied to. I am not satisfied with Samsung at ALL! I feel you need to work on getting better employees that know how to treat their customers... Because that is their JOB. Also I feel like there should be a better system in place for repairs... Especially if you have to send it in more than one time due to their error. You guys are one of the biggest electronic company%u2019s out their and need to act like it.
