Dear Sir,
On 13-jun, I bought a Galaxy S4, with serial RF! D4711V0B IMEI 357138/05/457611/8 at RAYA the Egyptian agent
Unfortunately, the phone after 20 days has not performed well because the home button became hard to press and also sometimes even the telephone is giving full signals but gave the persons called me as if it is out of reach. I am disappointed because its my first smasung smart phone because i was an iphon fan and when i swithch i was expected to found samsung more reliable and even we have a 14 days period to replace but its not my fault that the Manufacturing defects after 20 days
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could exchange it because it is not acceptable to maintain 20 days mobile i did not face such a problem before.
