POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Samsung galaxy S2 cell phone

I attempted to drop my phone off last night to get it serviced and was asked my Myke if my phone was backed up. I told him that it wasn't. He was helpful and gave me instructions on how to back it up on my pc. I did exactly what he instructed me to do and dropped my phone off at 9am this morning and was told that my phone would be ready at lunchtime. I enter the store at 1pm and was given my phone that had a note on it that read "Needs new battery. Need permission to back up phone" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I stood there this morning and spoke to [forgot his name] who remembered me from yesterday because he overheard the conversation that I had with Myke the previous day. Funny when I walked in at 1pm he acted like he didn't remember me. Anyway, I was told that I didn't give them permission to reset my phone which is a bunch of bullsh*t! So I sat down to talk to Danny about my phone and explained to him that I was previously given a new battery at that same location about 3 months ago. I then directed him to look at my account. He said that there was nothing notated about me receiving a new battery. He then turned the screen around to show me. Nothing was there. Unbelievable. So now everything I am telling him is hearsay. I explained everything to him while he is RESETTING MY PHONE which I gave him complete permission to do so. Which in hindsight didn't make any sense for them to reset my phone when in turn its just my battery. Whatever. I requested that the comments and issues about my phone be noted on the account. I figured that he was pretending to type something on the screen just to get me out of there, which in fact he did. I asked him for a print out of my service today and all I got was a receipt that had the date and time on it with the $0 cost for service. I didn't feel like arguing because I SPECIFICALLY asked for a print out of our conversation and of the notes but whatever.

Now I'm on the phone with a customer service rep who said that DANNY noted my account that I did not want my phone reset and something else, I cant remember. Either way HE LIED. He stated " I know how some of those guys in the store are, so do you mind if I place you on hold to call the store and speak with the rep about your issue?" I dont mind at all. He placed me on a brief hold so that he could call the store to speak with Danny about my issue and get everything resolved. I was pleased about that. Shortly thereafter he came back on the line and said that the Danny at the Sprint store hung up on him. He called again and asked to speak with Danny's supervisor and was hung up on again. This goes to show you how their customer service is in that store. If they can hang up on their own CSR who called them to RESOLVE a problem, then they certainly don't mind treating their customers like trash. I'm so livid right now Its unbelievable. While I was on hold, Timothy, that's his name, came back on the line to let me know that he was doing a write-up on Danny. He expressed that this is the first time that he has ever had to do that on a fellow employee. Shame.

I can't believe that these people are working in a CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD with NO friggin' customer service. I have a good mind to go back up to that store to speak with him manager when I get off of work to explain how Danny is treating his customers and his fellow Sprint

The CSR that I spoke with was Timothy. He was a great help. He tried his best to get me a new battery and even credited my account for the inconvenience. I'm still going to change from this service provider.
