Drove to my nearest sprint store which is 50 miles away and was informed over the phone that I could upgrade early. My contract ends in 6 more days and my daughhers phone lost some of its data. When I arrived the sprint store had some notes stating I could do early upgrade but the notes weren't specific to the associate's at the sprint store. This has happened before. Wanted to do an early upgrade on my wifes phone and almost the same issue except worse. Wasnt the experience that I expected at all.
