Where is the smile when you took my money - Droid raz

Spent several hundred dollars on a droid razr that is a lemon, even bought extended warranty. Verizon Wireless answer is to reset my phone if I feel it is not working. What a relief, now several times a day when it quits working all I have to do is stop everything and reset my phone. Hooray for Verizon, how you solve problems...
