Sprint customer service sucks big time. I purchased a EVO about a month ago. That phone got more bugs than the Amazon jungle. I was told about loss/damage insurance which I declined. (extra $11.00) on bill-which I declined. Come to find out that the insurance is also for fixing the many bugs in sprints system. Now I have to contact HTC to see who will fix my brand new phone.
