I have been a long time Sprint customer. I have always had insurence on my phones (I have 5 lines) and have used the insurence, about 5 years ago. Recently my daughters phone quit working properly. We took it to the Sprint store and they told us it had water damage and that insurance would cover it. We called the insurance and they sais Sprint should fix it. The store sent me back to the online claim and it worked. They proceeded to send me a broken phone for a replacement. When I called on that they sent me a seconf replacement phone with the send key missing. This replacement cost me $100 bucked and they won't send another. Sprint, you suck.
