My husband finally decided to switch from the iphone to a samsung galaxy 4 a few weeks ago and he had a few problems like the voice control wouldn't work last night when he got off work he knowtest that his screen was cracked. So I call samsung to see what they could do siñce he has only had this phone for only a few weeks after talking to the to the most useless guy on the phone he tells they cant do anything for us he couldnt evem tell me how much it would cost to send it away to fix it. Whats the point of having a call center if the ppl are useless... Never again will I buy a samsung
