I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over ten years. I paid my bill when due. There were some issues during the time of service but generally they could be dealt with UNTIL these last two years: because you always speak with different representatives when seeking help promises made are not always acted upon and then when speaking to another representative even acknowledged. Recently I went on social security and have been trying to manage my expenses. Verizon has not been receptive to my needs (perhaps not to seniors in general). This last incident had to do with dropping my grandson off my account. The representative said that due to my long association they would cut the fee in half. When I reviewed my bill it wasn't done. Upon calling I was told that since she had not put it in writing they could not honor the promise. I was made to feel as though I was the liar. It is a sad experience for a loyal customer.
