$30.00 was taken out of my account without my permission when I applied for a loan which put me in a overdrawn situation and caused a financial problem. I called immediately when I noticed it. They assured me it would be refunded within 3-5 business day and also gave me a refund code. As of today I have not received my refund. I have talked to a variety of people at the location. They say they are a "customer service" department and can only e mail the "billing" department and put in another request. I have been calling every other day, gave them their 3 to 5 bus. Days.
Get the same old line / lie. I hope by reading this that some else does not get caught up in this scam. I will still call them hoping to get me money it is no a matter of principals (which they do not have)
