Looked at my checking statement today, had a random $30 charge in form of a check, i don't write checks so i was suspicious. I looked at the image and was from loan tree advances a company i never heard of. Spoke to an individual at the company that i could hardly understand and was talking circles around the situation. All i want is my money back. She told me it was a loan application fee, i did not apply for a loan with this company, i don't even know who they are. The woman gave me a cancellation of services id number A21127011 but could not seem to process the refund stating it could not be refunded unless i didn't want the loan. That was the point of the conversation, i don't know who they are and most certainly don't want their loan. Please help and God bless!
