Loan Tree Advances withdrew $30.00 from my checking account without my approval. I have never heard of this company or done business with them. I was told by an agent that they received my information from one of their network partners. I sent an email to customer service today and demanded a full refund. I told them if I did not receive a refund I would file a complaint with the FBI at www.ic3. Gov. I hope everyone will do the same so we can shut down this fraudulent company.
