I received a charge on my account of $30.00. Online there is no information connecting the company directly to the charge. I called my bank they gave me the information for the company. I contacted Loan Tree Advances to dispute this transaction. I never applied for a loan nor did I consent for an automatic withdrawal from my account. Upon calling I was hung up on several times. The times I was connected to a representative they kept saying I would only receive a refund on the interest of my loan, which I never received nor applied for. Complete scam!!!
