On the 23rd of July, I bought an electronic filter from technician 1740XB. I have periodically called up Cleanavent in Tennesse and I have gotten nowhere with my request. The filter has not been sent to me, and I understand he has not even been ordered.
What recourse do I have. Send me back my money and forget the filter. Your company is certainly questionable about your practices and your integrity.
