The same old story. A rep called me on the phone and told me that i was approved for a credit card worth $2500 and if i paid them $299 that i would recive a credit card in 10-15 days. She said that all i would have to do is activate it from an 1800 number and that would be all. When i got the package it was an envelope full of junk things that i dint order. I wanted a credit card not junk mail. I called back to the peoples rebate association and i got a rep on the phone, then i explained my problem but he was rude and abbrasive and told me to hold on. After a pause i heard a click and he hung up on me. I called back hoping to get someone else and i did so i asked for a refund and he said that there was no gaurntee and that it would take 5 days to even go over the issue of a refund. I reported them to the BBB and i am now in the process of going to Consumer Service, The Attorney General Consumer Freud Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission
