I was contacted by Key One Solutions regarding lowering my debt by working with a finanial advisor to pay off my credit cards (2) early at a lower interest rate. I completed the packet of papers sent in the mail and received a welcome letter from them four days after my credit card was charged for the service. I spoke to a representative on 2 occasions and have not been able to follow up since. The number (888.599.7112) is never answered.
