PDM was paid monies to provide a service to me as follows: to contact my credit companies and negotiate a lower credit card rate and to provide solutions to lower my credit card debt.
After providing PDM with all credit card information requested, I received a call from a PDM representative to discuss what their intents were to lower the rates and to help with options to consolidate the debt.
A phone meeting with a PDM representative was scheuled for Friday, February 22 at 6:30PM to discuss what had been done. Earlier in the day PDM left a phone message stating that their services were no longer being
provided.
I have contacted my credit card company that was used to pay PDM. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
