Peoples Gas mistakenly turned off our gas. They acknowledged it to me and turned my gas back on. They gave me a new account number (which i did not ;understand at the time). The following month sent me a bill charging me $200.78. For transfering account. (which we did; not). And charged me a reconnect charge of $81.18. They also took out of the L-heap payment a deposit of $58.00. That would have applied to me if I would have moved. I called Peoples Gas on these charges. Plus the new bill showed the deposit I already paid. I spoke with a lady named Teresa, after I told her my problem said she had to go and take other callers. I replied u did: t help me. We are customers too. Let me talk to a supervisor. I was on hold 30 minutes then told she would call me I said no I;ll wait because Peoples Gas never calls back. (The supervisor never called. Is this what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Are you allowed to take our L-heap money, and make up charges, or put all your mistakes on us. We are paying customers. This all occurred because because one of your workers made a mistake and did;t take responsibility for it. Nstead put it on that same customer that they made the mistake on. I should not have a transfer fee. Nor a reconnect fee. On my November bill I had a credit left of $61.60. That;s after you robbed us. You over charged us $339.96. I really hope that call was RECORDED. Thank You Otis Wright
