Received a letter stating they were working on behalf of Ebay Europe S.A.R. L and I owe £38.57. This was the 1st I had heard of this debt and having paid any invoices straight away I was certain this was a scam! Some people may fall for this as the letter is very professional with a personal reference number on, a transcash payslip etc and the threat of further court action or even a visit from a debt collector to your home to collect the debt in person. Don't be fooled by the scare tactics.
