On April first my father paid the Federal Check Recovery a settlement of $350.00 dollars to pay off a debt from a pay day lone. We received a letter from a Tom Walker Sr. RisK Manager stating just that. The debt was PAID IN FULL. On May 16 we have received another call from a debt collector stating that this was not paid and they are trying to collect the bill. As i looking into this i had found this site for just my problem. I believed my father was scammed by these people to collect on a debt he had. He had spoke to a Stan and a Brandon on the phone to collect the bill. We had paid them via Visa Debt.
