I use to be a loyal Fido customer. I Pay every bill as if I need to untill almost finish my contract. My contract with Fido ended on November 25. I applied for a new phone with new company and cancell the contract with Fido on the 5th of November. The new Co. I dealt with told me I do not have to do anything and I do not have to pay because my contract will end soon. Today I get a bill of S165.94 from Fido telling me That I cancell too early $100.00 charge.
I do not think It is fair for the customer. Can you help me wit this issue?
