Fido And Starsecrets. Mobivillage.ca

I have a prepaid fido for basic use, I had $20 balance till this morning and then i received a message from starsecrets. Mobivillage.ca and got charged for $9.99 for nothing. I have never subscribed for any of the above mentioned stuff or anything else.
Fido said they cant do anything, so i dont know how to get the refund.
