After just a year and a half, my mom's new TV's motherboard, fried. It has taken her at least 20 phone calls and alot of time, to get service for the TV. The representative, James, at the store is entirely helpless. He has been condescending and no help at all. To get a repairman to actually come to your home, James has to call a place called World Wide. World Wide is associated with WarranTech. Between 3 contacts, my mom finally got a return call and a repairman sent to her home. After finding the problem with her TV, it has been another week with no call on the part that was ordered. She now has a call into a manager who has to find a set of pictures taken of the back of the TV that are needed to fix the set! Apparently one company is fighting with the other over where the pictures are. Really? This is fricking ridiculous! My mom has been without her TV for 3 weeks! I would never recommend The Big Screen Store to anyone!!
