This MAY have been from me downloading
update" oF Microsoft Word. I was not informed of any charges (i have an imac). I only know it CAME FROM DeSavers - cannot locate the specific company - no phone number to call or any OTHER form of contact (email, etc.).

I never "PREAUTHORIZED" this transaction.
"Scam" doesn't even begin to describe it.
Does ANYBODY know just HOW to contact these people?
I have filed a dispute of transaction with my card company - must wait 5 business days to get feedback.

(or in this case - check ALL your transactions and GO AFTER THESE SCAMMERS!
