Ive had citi prepaid card through my company for several months. Recently i tried to make a transaction online and it was declined. I did try several times to process the transaction as there was money on my account all all times declined. So later on i noticed that my funds were low so i checked my online statement and i counted 144 declined transactions. So i contact citi and they have me fill out a dispute form and fax it to them. So i call back to see how long t was going to take to get this resolved and they said up to 60 days! I find this rediculous because one, i have 46 cents to my name on my card which is suppose to last my family and i the rest of the week secondly, its obvious i did not try to process 144 transactions online. It would take me hours to do that! And why would anyone do that to begin with. When i spoke to the rep she waz rude and unsimpathetic to what has occured. I threatened to leave if nothing was done and she did not care. Saying you do what you have do. Really?!
