Rips you off and then threatens to turn you into law enforcement when you dispute via PayPal

I tried this gigbucks service. Gigbucks is the intermediary for selling services. I made a mistake in using gigbucks. My bad for using Gigbucks. The only way to contact Gigbucks is through their interface. Gigbucks has no phone number listed. Gigbucks has no fax number listed. Gigbucks has no physical address listed. Ooops. After searching, it appears Gigbucks may be located in Slovakia or Israel. The phone number attached to Gigbucks when we disputeded the transaction in PayPal has a Slovakia country code - 421. Other websites say Gigbucks is located in Israel. When you make a purchase from Gigbucks, you can use either PayPal or Payza. We chose PayPal. We come to realize that PayPal's purchase protection does NOT apply to purchases sent electronically, e.G., a logo. Ooops again. Lesson learned there for the future.in either case, we contacted Gigbucks 3 times to try to handle the situation amicably. We ordered custom programming from a vendor through Gigbucks. And, the code that was sent to us through Gigbucks' service did not work. We contacted Gigbucks through their online contact form, as there appears to be no other way to contact Gigbucks. First, Gigbucks alleged we did not act in 72 hours. Gigbucks is right. We responded in less than 48 hours. Secondly, Gigbucks alleged that we accepted the faulty code and closed the transaction. No. Why are we contacting Gigbucks if we received what we actgually paid for? Thirdly, Gigbucks alleges we left positive feedback. No. We left no feedback, Gigbucks. Why? We never received the goods as promised, Gigbucks. So, Gigbucks, we disputed the transaction with PayPal. And, gigbucks suspends our account, deletes the transactions we made, and threatens to report us to law enforcement. Whoah! Be aware that we contacted Gigbucks 3 times before opening a dispute through PayPal.

We have just been informed by PayPal that you filed a dispute for order
#XXXXXXX:

Your Paypal transaction ID is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Your account has been temporarily suspended, also your Paypal account may also get suspended by Paypal. To avoid getting your account suspended or permanently deleted, we ask that you resolve this matter quickly by closing the dispute in your PayPal account and contacting Gigbucks support directly. The Gigbucks support team is committed to work with you in order to solve your problem but you must close your Paypal dispute in order for us to be able to help you.

If we do not hear from you within 72 hours, your account will be permanently deleted and your access to Gigbucks will be blocked. We work closely with Paypal and law enforcement to stop fraudulent activities.

Contact us after you have closed the dispute in Paypal. Support is located at

Thanks, Gigbucks Support

Yes, Gigbucks. I'm only a layperson. But, in my opinion, that sounds like blackmail. And, I already contacted your Gigbucks support through your own, online interface THREE TIMES before we filed the dispute, remember? That being said, we DID contact them one more time, as the email requested; and, of course, they did not reply. No surprise there.

Anywho, there are many other services like Gigbucks, e.G., fiverr. But, beware, as none of these intermediary service sites seem to have any phone number or method of contact other than email. And, they look very much like one another. Pay Gigbucks through a third party service using your own credit card so that you have an avenue for dispute in case you get ripped off.
