Sent for a Risk Free Trail offer and paid £3.95 postage. Two weeks later the above amount was taken from my bank account. The terms & coditions state that if you are not satisified then send the items back. If it is a Free Trial offer why did I need to send it back and why would they want partley items returned. I am a senior citizen and can ill afford to lose this amount of money. I have sent an e-mail to [email protected] but guess what they have not replied.
